In a world where digitalization is constantly increasing, companies are in a permanent race to stay on the forefront of the latest technologies and processes to improve the quality of their services and products. In this context, STATUM presents as a technology partner to promote the digital transformation of its customers through BPMS tool Apia.

INFORMATION:

One of the customers who decided to implement Apia is Talleres Lucas, leader in oleo hydraulic solutions in Chile. This company, which has more than 60 years of experience and branches in many Chilean cities, identified the need to streamline its request, purchase and quotation processes.

Another customer is Lucas Diesel, Chilean company specialized in sell and distribution of spare parts and diesel fuel injection systems for heavy vehicles and machinery. Founded in 1954, it has a wide network of branches throughout the country and highly-skilled staff who offer technical assistance and support to customers.

Fx2, technology partner of STATUM, is working with Talleres Lucas and Lucas Diesel to carry out the digitalization and automation of internal processes.

Once Apia is implemented, the companies will a have better control of the requested analysis, better visualization of the pending requests, and information will be ordered and organized. The tool will also allow saving time in the receiving of requests and information checking. Information will be available in real time and cancellation, returns, invoicing, resending, refunds and discounts will be managed through one main repository. The tool also allows having a global view of the lifecycle of requests, reducing the times of business support processes, improving the quality of processes, and reducing costs by identifying and removing unnecessary tasks, and measuring processes in terms of delivery times and use of resources.

“It is crucial to have a tool that streamlines processes such as requests, purchases and quotations,” states Fx2’s web site.
