In mid-2018, a series of implementations of online procedures were carried out. It included the implementation of new procedures for the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR).

The new procedures that were implemented from end to end are:

1. Photography request for tourism promotion
2. Video request for tourism promotion
3. Personalized attention request for Technical Advisory
4. Personalized attention request for Brochures
5. Personalized attention request for the Operators Registration
6. Personalized attention request for Reception Desk
7. Registration of attorneys-in-fact

The implementation includes the entry of the procedure by the citizen to its processing and completion in the Ministry’s back office system.
