BPMS APIA implementation in DINATRA-DINACOIN
It was a survey, design and implementation with APIA BPMS of various processes of the organization such as: queries, hearings, voluntary agreements, registration of trade union delegates, registration of travelers and vendors, registration of building administrators, registration of collective agreements, fines, voluntary agreements.
As part of the project, different trainings were carried out to the specific areas related to each process. Integration with MTSS internal systems (SIP, Schedule, ADMDOC) through the implementation of interfaces in the APIA tool.
