Fx2 developed an on-line newsletter system, which served teachers, students and parents of Lester House, and had a great impact on the institution.  

The problems to be solved were: 

– High percentage of concurrence in short periods

– A lot of sensitive information updating at the same time

– Avoid and minimize system points of doubt

– Printing with an important volume of data 

Some of the key points:

– Experience to determine customer needs

– Design of a simple interface, avoiding unnecessary complexities

– Clear and well-defined functionalities

– Security mechanisms to prevent the loss of information
