Survey, design and implementation with APIA BPMS of the Laws and Projects Management Process, which covers the entire life cycle of a law, from the moment it is entered as a bill, it goes through the different bodies of the parliament until its promulgation.  

As part of the project, different trainings were carried out to the specific areas related to each process. Integration with internal systems to parliament (SIP XXI, Web Portal) through interfaces defined in the APIA tool. 

Control of the face-to-face help desk in parliament providing support to users and maintenance and improvements of the different processes defined.
