Gasoducto Cruz del Sur is a Uruguayan company composed of national and international companies with a long history in the exploration, production and distribution of natural gas in various countries around the world.

The company was assigned to plan, build and operate the Buenos Aires – Montevideo Gas Pipeline, in order to interconnect the transportation system of TGS (Transportadora Gas del Sur), and allow the supply of natural gas to Uruguay.

System description

In order to automate its business processes, the company added the APIA business processes management tool into its IT solutions platform. On this tool, the company automates HR processes, such as Leaves and Trainings, the entire life cycle of Purchase Requests, from the entry, through the stages of evaluation of suppliers, designations and payment management, until management processes of documents.

Fx2 was selected by Gasoducto Cruz del Sur as an expert provider of APIA solutions to support the existing implementation, carry out a series of changes in the processes and design and implement new internal processes of the organization.
